How to pay
- Create an account or sign in, then pick a plan. You get a unique transfer amount slightly below the plan price, for example IDR 48,480 for Lite (a unique-code discount).
- Transfer exactly that amount to the account shown, within 48 hours.
- Click "I have transferred". The plan starts once we match the transfer, usually the same working day.
Checking a leaked document stays free for everyone.
Refunds
- Within 3 days of the plan starting, and if fewer than 5 documents have been marked, you can ask for a full refund.
- If the service can’t be used for more than 24 hours in a row because of a problem on our side, your plan is extended by the length of the outage. If you prefer your money back, we refund it pro rata.
- Outside these two cases, payments are not refundable.
- There is no automatic billing. A plan simply ends if it isn’t renewed.
- Moving from Lite to Pro: your remaining Lite days come off the Pro price, so you never pay twice. Buying Lite while Pro is still active: Lite starts when Pro ends.
