If a document leaks, you’ll know whose copy it was.
Each recipient gets a copy with a different hidden watermark. The content is identical, the mark is invisible, and you can check it any time.
One file, one copy for each person
Upload a document
Choose a file and write down who will receive it, for example "PT Maju, Budi".
Each recipient gets their own copy
Every copy carries a different hidden mark. The content stays exactly the same as the original.
Check a leaked copy
If the document turns up somewhere, upload it to the Check page. With the owner key, you see whose copy it is.
Asked to send a photo of your ID card or diploma?
Job applications, renting a room, opening a bank account or applying for a loan often ask for a photo of your KTP, diploma or family card. Mark it with the recipient’s name first. If the photo ever turns up or is misused, you can check who it leaked from.
So the mark is not lost
- Name the recipient as clearly as you can, for example "HR at PT Maju Bersama, October 2026 application".
- Save it as PNG, or scan it to PDF. The mark in a JPEG is lost when the photo is compressed.
- On WhatsApp, send it as a document, not as a photo, so the file is not changed.
- Still write "Only for ..." on the copy. A visible note and a hidden mark work together.
For documents that go out to many people
Copies to:
- HR documents and salary slipsSalary slips, offer letters and performance reviews sent to one person.
- Contracts and legal draftsDrafts that go to several parties before anyone signs.
- Tenders and quotationsQuotes sent to several prospects, so you know how your price reached a competitor.
- Financial reportsMonthly reports for the board, investors or the bank.
- Internal decksProduct plans and strategy shared with the team or partners.

Privacy
The free version needs no account. You only need one to buy the Lite or Pro plan.
The original is deleted as soon as the copies are made. Marked copies are deleted when their download window ends: 24 hours on the free version, 7 or 30 days on paid plans. Files you check are deleted as soon as the check finishes.
Each time you watermark, you get an owner key. Only that key reveals recipient names. We store a fingerprint of the key, not the key itself, so a lost key can't be recovered.
Limits
A hidden watermark is attached to the file, not to its content. The mark does not survive when someone:
- retypes the content,
- prints it and scans it again,
- photographs or screenshots the screen,
- copies the content into a new file.
Frequently asked questions
Is the watermark visible in the document?
No. The document looks the same, with the same content and formulas. The mark lives in parts of the file that PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint readers don't display.
How much does it cost?
Free for 1 recipient per document, up to 5 documents a day. Lite at IDR 49,000 a month and Pro at IDR 149,000 a month give you more recipients, documents and download time.
How many recipients at once?
Free: 1 recipient per document. Lite allows up to 50 and Pro up to 200 recipients per document, and all copies can be downloaded as a single ZIP file.
What is the owner key?
A long code shown once after the document is marked. Without it, the Check page only says whether a mark was found. With it, you see the recipient's name, the note and the date.
What if I lose the owner key?
The recipient details can't be opened again by anyone, including us. Keep the downloadable receipt, or keep the history saved in this browser.
Can the mark be removed?
Someone who knows how can remove some marks. Because every format is marked in several places, removing all of them takes effort. Retyping or screenshotting removes the mark completely.
What do strong and weak results mean?
Strong means two or more marks agree, or the file is identical to a copy we made. Weak means only one mark was found, for example an image whose metadata was removed.
Can I use it for a photo of my ID card or diploma?
Yes. Save the photo as PNG or scan it to PDF, then mark it with the recipient’s name. JPEG is only marked in its metadata, so the mark is lost if the photo is compressed. On WhatsApp, send it as a document so the file is not changed.
